In the shop area at 1044 Lane Avenue North, Jacksonville, Florida: On or about March 18, 2025, the employer exposed employees to an amputation hazard, in that the AB Arboga Maskiner Drill Press did not have a guard properly installed to provide protection of the point of operation and rotating parts. b. In the shop area at 1044 Lane Avenue North, Jacksonville, Florida: On or about March 18, 2025, the employer exposed employees to an amputation hazard, in that the Edlund Drill Press did not have a guard properly installed to provide protection of the point of operation and rotating parts.
