29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system. (a) 3940 William Penn Highway, Monroeville, PA 15146: On or about March 18, 2025, employees were not protected from fall hazards of approximately 20 feet while installing a new metal roof on a commercial building. While installing the metal roof, no fall protection was in use. i.e. harnesses, guard rails, etc.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) 3940 William Penn Highway, Monroeville, PA 15146: On or about March 18, 2025, the employer did not conduct fall protection training for employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet while installing a metal roof on a commercial building.
