29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v):(v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about March 18, 2025, on the north side of the jobsite; employees were not wearing fall protection while working form an aerial lift while extended approx. 25ft.

29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(viii): An aerial lift truck may not be moved when the boom is elevated in a working position with men in the basket, except for equipment which is specifically designed for this type of operation in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs (b)(1) and (b)(2) of this section. On or about March 18, 2025, on the north side of the jobsite; employees were in the basket of an aerial lift truck while moving to another location on the jobsite.
