29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: On or about March 18, 2025, BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC did not conduct an adequate inspection of the jobsite by a competent person at 700 Fox Chase Drive, Bldg. 607-612, in Arnold, Missouri, thus exposing employees to the following hazard: A) Multiple employees were exposed to fall hazards while removing debris from residential structure approximately 30 feet above ground without utilizing conventional fall protection.
