On or about 18 March 2025, employees of Alliance Water Resources, located at 14 Banshee Rd in Hazelwood, MO, were exposed to chemical hazards of Sulfuric Acid, Ferrous Chloride, or Sodium Hydroxide without appropriate eye protection available. Each chemical SDS requires safety goggles in case of splash, and only safety glasses were available.
