Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery: On or about March 18, 2025, employee(s) used the Shindaiwa straight shaft grass trimmer for grass upkeep. The trimmer was not maintained in a safe condition in that the trimmers muffler covers/guards were damaged and held in place by tie wire. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to burn hazard(s).   Raven Operations, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.242(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1686587, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 16, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1420 Gallatin Pike South, Madison, TN 37115
