29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a On or about March 19, 2025, at the location of a worksite located at 47 Zeller Court, Berea OH: The employer did not ensure that employees performing roofing activities on an 8/12 and 5/12 sloped roof were protected from fall hazards. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 20 feet to the ground below while performing roofing activities.  CHRISTIAN ROOFING & SIDING LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1768534, citation number 1, item number 1a, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/27/2024, with respect to a workplace located at  34745 Schwartz Road, Avon, OH 44011.
