29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12):Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems which met the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926: a) Building 4, Second Floor: On or about March 18, 2025, the employer exposed subcontractor employees to a fall hazard, in that there were no guardrails at the second floor breezeway, with a fall to ground distance of 11'8", for employees that used the stairs.
