29 CFR  1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head:  a)  On or about March 19, 2025, at the worksite, 124 Meyers Road, Liverpool, NY 13088: The employer failed to ensure employees engaged in residential roofing were attaching their harnesses to the appropriate attachment point.  Namicela Home Solutions Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.502(e)(2)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1762883, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 15, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at Timber Banks, Tall Tree Lane, Lot 327, Baldwinsville, NY 13027.
