29 CFR 1910.23(c)(7): The employer did not ensure that ladders placed in locations such as passageways, doorways, or driveways where they can be displaced by other activities or traffic are properly secured or guarded. (a) In the warehouse located at 3150 Gallagher Rd, Dover FL 33527 on or about 3/12/2025 employees were exposed to fall hazards, in that, a portable ladder was used to access a storage area above the meat shop without the use of barriers or guards.
