29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 8134 Firetree Drive, Lot 33M Blackwater Reserve, Milton, Florida: On March 6, 2025; the employer failed to ensure employees involved in roofing activities were using fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 6 inches to the ground below. The Julio Sotz dba Julio Sotz was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1739189, citation number 1, item number 2, group a and was affirmed as a final order on May 20, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 8797 Gristmill Way, Lot 39M Plantation Woods, Milton, Florida.
