29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a)5300 Hawk Ridge Circle - Building C - On or about March 19, 2025, initial air monitoring was not conducted to ensure that carbon monoxide (CO) levels were below exposure limits with the use of diesel powered equipment in the partially enclosed parking area under current construction.
