29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) 476 Flourtown Rd. Lafayette Hill, PA - Building C - On or about March 19, 2025, the employer did not conduct air monitoring for carbon monoxide (CO) and other toxic gasses to determine that air quality is being maintained at and below the Permissible Exposure Limit when operating diesel powered equipment in an enclosed space.
