Such examination shall be made at least daily. Where industrial trucks are used on a round-the-clock basis, they shall be examined after each shift. Defects when found shall be immediately reported and corrected: On or about March 17, 2025, at a facility located at 1110 Industrial Ave., in Oshkosh, WI; the employer did ensure that the CAT-17 forklift (Model EC4000, S# A4EC160298) was examined for any conditions adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle before being placed into service. Defects in the front solid press-on airless forklift tires, which presented bond failure, radial cracks, and significant damage to the tires' rims, were not identified by an examination from an employee prior to use of the forklift.
