29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) Rheinmetall located at 1115 South Wayne Street, St. Mary's, Ohio, 45885: On or about March 10, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that the in-going nip point created between the running belt and the rotating  end roller of the "charge" conveyor on Mix #2 in the Mix Center was adequately guarded.  In this condition, employees operating on or near the load end of the "charge" conveyor were exposed to caught in hazards.
