29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a) For the jobsite at 31265 Pendleton Landing Circle, on or about 03/19/2025, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 ft. 3 in., in that, a training program to enable employees to recognize fall hazards and utilize procedures to minimize fall hazards was not in place. Employees on site were exposed to fall hazards and were not able to erect a fall arrest/restraint system that would keep employees from falling to the ground in that lifelines were too long.
