29 CFR 1926.403(d)(1): Mounted Electric equipment was not firmly secured to the surface on which it was mounted: a) On February 27, 2025 and at times prior, employees working at 1511 12th Avenue North in Fargo were exposed to a temporary electrical panel was hanging two feet above the ground and was suspended by a ratchet strap strap. Employees were exposed to electrical hazards had the temporary electrical panel come off the hook.
