29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1):Each platform on all working levels was not fully planked or decked between front uprights and the guardrail supports: (a) On or about February 20, 2025 and at times prior to that date, BrandSafway Solutions, as the correcting employer contracted to set-up, inspect and correct the scaffolding system, failed to ensure the scaffold was fully planked or decked resulting in employees from other contracting companies working from the scaffolding system being exposed to fall hazards.
