29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. On or about March 19, 2025, on the east side of the jobsite, employees were installing metal roof shingles on the clubhouse of an apartment complex and did not have the body harness attachment point in the center of the back.
