29 CFR 1910.29(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each fall protection system and falling object protection, other than personal fall protection systems, that 29 CFR part 1910 required met the requirements in this section or did not ensure that each personal fall protection system met the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I:  a) Job site, 2975 Duss Drive, Ambridge, PA: On or about March 17, 2025 during spray paint booth disassembly activities, the employer did not ensure appropriate fall protection systems and devices were provided and used. Deficiencies noted during the inspection included, but were not limited to, tying off to an aerial lift basket while outside of it on an adjacent structure and using a steel plate clamp (C-dog clamp) as an anchor point on top of a spray booth.
