29 CFR  1926.303(b)(1): Grinding machines were not equipped with safety guards in conformance with the requirements of ANSI B7.1-1970, Safety Code for the Use, Care, and Protection of abrasive wheels, and paragraph (d) of this section:  a) Jobsite located at or near 611 Spring Garden Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123 -On or about March 20, 2025, the employer did not ensure safety guards were properly installed and used on a Metabo W11-125 11,000 RPM Quick angle handheld grinder with a DeWalt 4.5 inch metal cut-off wheel, while employees were performing tuckpointing activities, thereby exposing employees to amputation hazards.
