29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) 3535 Grandview Dr. MACUNGIE, PA 18062 (retaining wall)- On or about March 20, 2025, adequate worksite exams weren't conducted by a competent person. Employees working on a retaining wall wall were exposed fall hazards of approximately 10 ft, due to no fall protection.
