29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Each scaffold platform and walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide: a) On or about March 20, 2025 an employee welding on the south side of the site located at 1479 Airline Hwy. Gonzales, LA using a scissor lift located 14 feet above the ground was standing on guardrails that were not 18 inches wide while performing framing work.
