29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(i): When outside servicing personnel were engaged in activities in a facility, the onsite employer and the outside employer did not inform each other of their respective lockout or tagout procedures. On or about March 18, 2025, in the Mechanically Separated Chicken (MSC) area, employees of an outside service contractor perform nightly cleaning/sanitation tasks on augers and moving parts on machines such as dual screw conveyor, mechanical separator, and finish meat pump machines and the energy control procedures are not shared between the host employer and the onsite servicing contract employer to ensure the procedures are known by each company.
