29 CFR 1910.1000(b)(2): Employee were exposed to an airborne concentration of Hydrogen Sulfide listed in Table Z-2 in excess of the ceiling concentration of 20 ppm: Employee exposure to Hydrogen Sulfide exceeded the Permissible Exposure Limit (PEL) of 20 ppm listed in Table Z-2 for instances such as, but not limited to: On or about May 2, 2025, the pumper employee working on the North Routes, was exposed to a level of Hydrogen Sulfide that exceeded the acceptable ceiling concentration limit of 20 ppm during their shift, the employee was exposed to 103 ppm of H2S throughout the shift.
