29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2): The employer did not determine if any part of the equipment, load line or load (including rigging and lifting accessories), if operated up to the equipment's maximum working radius in the work zone, could get closer than 20 feet to a power line. a) 800 S. Queen St, Lancaster, PA - On or about March 10, 2025, employer did not determine that a 7.2 kilovolt power line was within 20 feet of the maximum working radius of a Telescopic Boom Crane. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
