29 CFR  1926.451(g)(1):Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level.  a) 19 S. 32nd Ave. , Longport, NJ: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twenty feet t to the ground below. The employee was installing vinyl stripping on the roof line while utilizing pumpjack scaffolding and was not protected against falls by personal fall protection or a complete netting system. Observed on or about 03/21/25.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
