29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):The employer permitted employees to work in close proximity to energized, unguarded, and ungrounded electric power circuits that the employee could contact in the course of their work. Location: The street-side of the worksite at 93 Bennington St., Revere On or about March 20th, 2025, The employer exposed workers to electrocution hazards when employees were allowed to operate aerial lifts in a way that put the lift's basket within 10 feet of the 4kV power lines. Rubicon Builders was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(f)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection #1751844, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 11-13-2024, with respect to a workplace located at 93 Bennington St., Revere, MA 02151.
