OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees working on the grow platform were exposed to fall hazards from unprotected edges:  a) Climate Platform Walkway - On or about March 21, 2025, employees walking to their workstations were exposed to fall hazards of approximately nine (9) feet, six (6) inches along the unprotected leading edge of catwalks on the side of the grow platform.  b) Grow Platform Catwalks Between Lines - On or about March 21, 2025, employees walking to the grow platforms were exposed to fall hazards of approximately ten (10) feet along the unprotected leading edge of the catwalks between the lines on the grow platform.  c) Grow Platform- On or about March 21, 2025, employees climbing out on the grow structure to unjam the gutters were exposed to fall hazards of approximately nine (9) feet, six (6) along the unprotected leading edge of catwalks on the side of the grow platform.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees are exposed to inadvertent mixing of incompatible chemicals from improper storage:  a) Water Room- On or about March 21, 2025, the employer stored acids such as sulfuric acid 50% and nitric acid 38%, bases such as potassium hydroxide 45% and Chlorguard III (sodium carbonate), and oxidizers such as hydrogen peroxide 32%, ZeroTol 2.0 (hydrogen peroxide), and BioSide HS 15% (hydrogen peroxide), in the same spill containment and fire area exposing employees to inadvertent mixing of incompatible chemicals and generation of heat, toxic gases, pressure, interaction with other chemicals in the same fire area such as ammonium nitrate, or a combination thereof which can lead to burn or corrosive injuries, struck-by injuries, toxic injuries, or any combination thereof which could cause death or serious physical harm.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1928.57(c)(2)(i): The mesh or nip-points of all power driven gears, belts, chains, sheaves, pulleys, sprockets, and idlers were not guarded:  a) Infeed Gutter Wash Power Transmission Wheel- On or about March 21, 2025, employees were exposed to amputation hazards from an unguarded ingoing nip-point between the moving gutters and the infeed gutter wash drive wheel.  b) Bay 9 and 10 Gutter Wash Buffer Area- On or about March 21, 2025, employees were exposed to amputation hazards from multiple unguarded ingoing nip-points for the power transmission shaft belts on the conveyors.
