29 CFR 1926.701(b):All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) On or about 3/10/2025, at the parking lot area of the site, Lancaster, NY. The patio foundation had 3/4-inch anchor bolts, which were for connection of 6-inch steel H columns. Employer drove No. 6 round rebar next patio foundations for warning and visibility and yellow taped around the foundations. However, the No. 6 round rebars were not capped. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
