29 CFR  1926.153(l):LP-Gas storage locations were not provided with at least one approved portable fire extinguisher having a rating of not less than 20B:C:  a) On or about 3/12/2025, at the south side of the building area of the site, Lockport, NY. The storage location of four 100-gallon propane tanks lacked the signage to show the fire extinguisher location. The fire extinguisher was located inside the building in stairwell area and was not visible from the propane tank location.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
