Royal Atlanta Drive, Tucker, GA 30084, throughout the site: On or about 03/21/2025 the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that a job-made trash box was in use at the jobsite. The make shift equipment used is not recognized as an approved piece of equipment by the forklift manufacturer and is prohibited.
