29 CFR 1926.34(a): A lock or fastening to prevent free escape from the inside of any building was installed: a) Old Lebanon Road, Welch Combined Elementary/Middle School, in the management trailer, Dover AFB, DE 19902; on or about March 21, 2025, exit doors of the management trailer were barred and locked from the outside during periods when the building was occupied by employees, exposing employees to entrapment hazards by restricting free and unobstructed egress in the event of an emergency, such as fire or other immediate danger.
