29 CFR 1910.333(a)(2):Where exposed live parts were not deenergized, other safety related work practices were not used to protect employees who could be exposed to the electrical hazards involved. In front of 22 Stony Wylde Lane, Greenwich CT: On or about March 21, 2025, the employer did not ensure a hazard assessment for electrical hazards was performed and a non-conductive ladder was used when an employee was shocked and suffered a cardiac arrest when a tree limb his hand was touching made contact with an energized 8.3 kilovolt overhead line.
