The employer may discontinue an employee's medical evaluations when the employee is no longer required to use a respirator. a) 6909 Adam Street, Guttenberg, NJ: Employees were required to wear North 7700 half-face elastomeric respirators while working with presumably asbestos containing materials during a roof replacement job. The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee ability to use the respirators, on or about 3/21/2025.
