Aisles and passageways shall be kept clear and in good repair, with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard. Permanent aisles and passageways shall be appropriately marked.  a) On or about March 17, 2025, the employer did not ensure sufficient, safe clearances were allowed in the tote staging area between forklift operators and contracted employees in that a contract employee was injured when their hand was caught between two totes being moved by a forklift in the staging area.
