29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork and the fork-lift was moved while the platform was occupied. At a worksite located at 60 SE Thompson, Lee Summit, Missouri. Employees were using a pallet as a scaffold platform, the pallet was lifted by a Caterpillar skid steer with an forklift attachment. The employee was working on erection of a prefab building placing screws in outside walls.
