OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that on or about March 9, 2025, at the Crossover Wind Project, the employer did not have an adequate system in place to discover violations of its fall protection policies, thereby exposing an employee performing crane repair work to a fall hazard near an unguarded ladderway platform opening. Among other methods, feasible and acceptable means of abatement would be to: Ensure that Respondent adequately enforces its fall protection policies at all worksites where Respondent?s employees must wear fall protection.
