29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s).  Building. 610: On or about March 18, 2025, employee(s) used chemicals to clean the patron restrooms. The employer did not ensure that a safety data sheet was kept for each of their cleaning chemicals at Fam Camp. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to health hazards for the following chemicals:  a) Pure Bright Ultra Germicidal Bleach b) Clorox Bathroom Bleach Foamer  Force Support Squadron was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1610896, citation number 2, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/04/2023, with respect to a workplace located at Bellows Air Force Station, 18th Force Support Squadron-Detachment 2, 515 Tinker Road, Waimanalo, HI 96795.  Force Support Squadron was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1587194, citation number 2, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 05/24/2022, with respect to a workplace located at Bellows Air Force Station, 18th Force Support Squadron-Detachment 2, 515 Tinker Road, Waimanalo, HI 96795.
