29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3). 29 CFR 1926.503(c)(3): Affected employee(s) were not retrained when inadequacies in their knowledge or use of fall protection systems or equipment indicated that the employee has not retained the requisite understanding or skill.  (a) One Davis Square Jobsite: On or about June 11, 2025, an employee was observed working from the basket of a Genie articulating boom lift without their lanyard attached to an approved  anchor point within the lift basket. The employee did not recognize the hazard and was exposed to fall hazards of 20-25 feet to the concrete surface below.   No abatement certification or documentation required.
