29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: Location: Back right corner of new residential home @ 227 Williston Road, Bourne, MA. On or about 03/21/25 employee was exposed to fall hazards of more than 20 feet where guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system was not used at the time. Employee did fall and sustained injuries transported to the hospital by emergency vehicle.
