In the Meat Market area of the grocery store located at 1114 State Road FL-20W, Interlachen, Florida: On or about March 18, 2025, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to an amputation hazard, in that the Hobart-brand "Bone-In" Band Saw did not have the saw's Upper Guide and Guard Assembly properly adjusted to protect employees from the point of operation and/or nip points at the rotating saw blade, while employees utilized the saw to cut meat.  b.
