29 CFR  1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:   a)  At 2449 Moore's Mill Road, Auburn, Alabama:  On March 25, 2025; the employer allowed his employees to use an extension ladder to gain access to the roof and the rails of the ladder did not extend three feet above the roof landing to provide safe access exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10 feet 10 inches  to the ground below.
