29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a- 1 Fisher Guide Drive, Building 2 E, Ewing NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards when moving an articulated boom lift, from on side of the building to the other, while operating it from its elevated man lift basket while not using a full body harness attached to an anchor with a lanyard or other approved means. Condition observed on or about 03/25/25.
