29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a- 1 Fisher Guide Drive, Building 2E, Ewing NJ: The company worksite Foreman was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 19 feet to the ground surface below, when walking and standing next to and near a commercial structure's second floor balcony's unprotected edges without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 03/25/25.
