This exposure is equivalent to a sound level of 93.3 dBA for the dose and time of the employee exposure.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Hannahoe's Pallets and Skids, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1782056, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 7, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 39 Riverside Drive, Reading, PA 19605.
