On or about March 25, 2025, at 4440 Chisholm Road, Florence, AL, at the Muller mixer, the employer did not have notices alerting employees accessing the 3G Simpson Mix-Muller machine of confined spaces with signage containing "DANGER-PERMIT-REQUIRED CONFINED SPACE, DO NOT ENTER" or using other similar language. Imperial Casting Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.146(c)(1):, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1545451, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on December 09, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4440 Chisholm Road, Florence, AL.
