29 CFR 1926.501(a)(2):The employer allowed employees to work from a surface that did not have the requisite strength and structural integrity to support them safely:  A) Pump Station (Garage) 2nd St Perth Amboy, NJ 08861 (40�30'04.0"N 74�16'36.2"W) - The employer allowed an employee to secure a ladder while standing on a section of a roof that did not have the requisite strength and structural integrity to  support the employee safely. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approx. 13 feet.   Incident occurred on March 26, 2025.
