OSH Act of 1970 Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to the hazard of falling: a) On March 20, 2025, at 325 West 74th Place, Hialeah, Florida, an employee was exposed to a 6-foot fall hazard when the metal rack where he was standing on slipped off the forks of a powered industrial truck while being lifted to access the waste container.
