The employees were conducting residential roofing operations on a condo that exposed them to the hazard of falling from a height of greater than ten (10) feet.

On or about 3/26/2025, the employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record each employee who were engaged in residential roofing operations 6ft (1.8m) or more above lower levels. The employees were not trained in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury while at the job site located at the 13115 & 1317 Royal Pines Drive in Maryland Heights, MO. The employees were conducting residential roofing operations that exposed them to the hazard of falling from a height of greater than ten (10) feet.
